The Cotswold Proposal Planners are experts in planning romantic moments in and around the Cotswolds, and of course keeping the detail highly confidential. We will always communicate with you under Ciriaco and alias names, not The Cotswold Proposal Planners! Our proposals are designed to be stumbled upon when your loved one is least expecting it, a breathtaking scene - it's always the best kind of surprise! We take all the stress away from you, we will plan every little detail - we do it every day and we love what we do! We'll share the final details with you and while we are busy setting up the perfect setting at the agreed location, all you will have to do is conjure up a plan to bring your loved one (and the ring!) and get down on one knee to propose. Initial Consultation
We will arrange a call at a time that best suits you to learn more about you as a couple, discuss potential dates, locations, package options and any other ideas you have about how you would like to propose and the areas you most need help. Once you are happy with what we are offering, we ask for a deposit (which will be deducted from the final fee) and then we get finalising the plans and securing all bookings for your proposal!

Package options and add-ons
Our packages list all the beautiful décor options available to you for inspiration and help creating the perfect proposal. We discuss a range of optional extras such as Champagne, flowers, photographers, hampers, personalised experiences, dining, accommodation, videographers and much much more. We love working on more bespoke ideas too, like personalised treasure hunts, flash mobs, a song written all about you - these will be certain to blow your partner away and create a moment the two of you will never forget.

On the Day
You and your partner enjoy exploring the Cotswolds while we are busy setting up your proposal and managing everyone involved. We will keep you informed with progress updates and a final message to say we are ready to go. Then, you arrive, guide your stunned partner to the beautiful setting and drop to one knee for the perfect proposal. We make ourselves scarce while you enjoy the moment and when you head off to continue the celebrations, we tidy down.
